The Rules Were Made Up: In Defence of Leather Jackets & Sequinned Trousers

Apparently leather jackets have an expiry date, sequins should only come out after dark and dressing for brunch in a blazer is considered excessive. I'd genuinely love to know who keeps making these decisions.
